10/19/2016 Update from Silver Beach

Silver Beach News for 10.19.16

Dear Families,

Thank you to all the volunteers that helped picture day run smoothly, especially Stacy Milewski for all the coordination.  Its no small feat to get 460 sweet faces photographed!

Our Lost and Found is getting full! Please come and look at our Lost and Found rack to see if you can claim any missing items. Please label outerwear with your child’s name so that if something is left on the playground we can get it back to the rightful owner.

If you are interested in ordering a copy of 7 Habits for Happy Kids the order form is attached.

The parenting class, Raising School Aged Children, will be held in the library tonight 7:00-9:00pm.

From BPS: School Bus Levy
This is a reminder that Election Day is approaching. If you are a registered voter, you will receive your ballot this week. On the back of the ballot, near the bottom, will be our school bus levy. This is a 2-year levy that will provide funds to replace our old buses and includes bus safety technology. The levy will allow us to meet these needs while protecting the funding to our classrooms and school. You can find details at bellinghamschools.org. Please remember to vote and return your ballot by Tuesday, Nov. 8.

Have a great week!
Nicole
