2/16/2017 Update from Silver Beach

Silver Beach News for 2.16.17

Dear Families,
Congratulations to the following students who were selected to represent their classroom on our Junior Lighthouse Team.Take a look at the pictures  App1 App2.jpg App3.jpg of a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade application that exemplify  the caliber of the 35 applications received. The three main objectives for this team will be: 1) Further school pride, respect between students, and positive behavior 2) Develop new student leadership opportunities 3) Promote school activities and achievements with parents and greater community.Leaders in Action at their best!

Free Counseling Opportunity: Individual and Child/Adolescent Counseling is offered through the Psychology Department at Western Washington University. The clinic is open from January until June on the WWU campus. For more information, please call 360-650-3184

Other Reminders
• If you need to pick your child up early for any reason other than illness or injury, so as not to interrupt quality instruction time by the teacher, please allow yourself enough time to come to the classroom or other location where he/she is, and help him/her get packed up and ready to go.
