Silver Beach News for 5.10.17

Dear Families,
It is so hard to believe that there are less than 30 days left in the school year! Please note all the upcoming events listed below.  This year we will have a “Fun in the Sun” picnic theme rather than a BBQ.  Our hope is that this change allows more time to  enjoy lunch with your child(ren) rather than waiting in line for something off the grill.  Turkey or veggie subs are available to preorder.  The flyer is coming home and
is attached here.

Please do not park on Academy during pick up and drop off times.  It is also illegal to park in the handicap spaces or double park in the lot.

With summer just around the corner, it’s time to start thinking about garden care over the summer. Can you please send this link out to families for them to sign up to care for the garden? Families can find the information they need in the link.
Bike to School Day May 19
The annual Bike to Work and School Day  is Friday, May 19. All students are encouraged to ride their bikes.Be safe and remember to wear your helmet!
